Australian Barista Academy

Welcome to the Australian Barista Academy, dedicated to teaching excellence in coffee brewing to the specialty coffee industry and passionate home baristas.

The good news is that you don’t need any experience. All you need is a genuine interest in coffee, and voila, you qualify. Go on, impress at home or become a barista to be reckoned with, you’ll find course options here for all levels.

Why attend a class at the Australian Barista Academy?

We take our training seriously, and we have the credentials to prove it. ABA instructors have collectively won over 15 barista competition awards and are experts in the field. Class sizes are kept to a minimum in order to ensure that each participant receives proper attention and maximum instruction. We use state of the art equipment and we only use fresh, locally roasted coffee.
