Refund and Delivery Policy
Booking Conditions
- Course listings can only be secured with payment unless prior arrangements have been approved.
- Payment must be made before the course commences unless prior arrangements have been approved.
- Those that have not secured placement will not be admitted into the course.
Refund Policy
- Once payment has been made refunds are not permitted for cancellations.
- Once a gift voucher has been purchased, refunds are not permitted.
Cancellations and Changes
Once payment has been received the following conditions apply to cancellations and changes:
- If a participant does not attend their course without notice, no refund will be permitted.
- Course bookings are transferable to another participant with one working day notice before the scheduled course.
- Course bookings can be transferred to another event with three working days notice before the initially booked course.
- If we cancel a course at any time, participants will be offered the option to reschedule to an alternative class (at no extra cost), or receive a full refund of the course fees. No additional monies will be reimbursed to the participant for any other expenses incurred, or inconvenience caused.
Delivery Policy
- Purchases from this website are for reservations in training courses only. As our product is vocational, delivery is provided on the agreed date of the reservation only.
